Warranty Policy
At Santeco, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience. Your Santeco Bottles are backed by a comprehensive warranty to ensure your satisfaction.
Warranty Period
This warranty covers your Santeco Bottles for a period of 3 months to 1 year from the date of purchase, depending on the component.
What is Covered:
Vacuum Insulated Bottle (Body Only):
The bottle body is covered by a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, including:
- Manufacturing Defect: Faults from production, ensuring product meets design and material standards.
- Leaks: Seal or structural issues causing liquid to escape from the bottle.
- Sweating: Condensation outside the bottle, indicating insulation failure.
- Temperature Issues: Covers the inability to maintain hot or cold beverages at the expected temperatures, as specified in product details.
Tritan™ Copolyester Bottles (Body Only) :
The bottle body is covered by a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, including:
- Manufacturing Defects: Ensures product integrity, covering material and craftsmanship flaws.
- Leaks: Covers any unintentional spillage caused by defects in the bottle's construction
Accessories :
Accessories, including but not limited to lids, straws, seals, gaskets, handles, straps, and other detachable components, are covered by a three (3) monthlimited warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:
- Leakage caused by manufacturing defects in bottle accessories or components, such as lids, seals, straws, or other detachable parts.
- Malfunction of bottle accessories or components under normal and intended use due to defects in materials or workmanship.
- Improper fit, loose fitting, or poor alignment of bottle accessories or components resulting from manufacturing defects.
What is Not Covered:
- Negligence: Any damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or abuse by you or a third party.
- Improper Use: Damage from improper use, including exposure to high abrasives, acidic liquids, or misuse against user instructions.
- Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations: Any damage or issues arising from repairs or alterations that are not approved by Santeco.
Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Proof of Purchase: Provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team through our website or email with a description of the issue.
- Evaluation: Our team will evaluate the claim and may request photos or additional information to assess the problem.
- Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will replace the defective parts / product at no cost to you.
Important Notes:
- This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Santeco or authorized retailers.
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Santeco reserves the right to make the final decision on all warranty claims.
